1. Submit Your Product
- Required Materials:
- Product images: At least one clear image (multi-angle recommended) to showcase details.
- Product description: Include quality, condition, dimensions, and any flaws.

- Price must include shipping fees; buyers do not accept COD.
- Specify delivery range (countries or regions).

For virtual items:
- Specify delivery method (e.g., email, platform messaging).
- Ensure no copyright or infringement risks and include proof of delivery (e.g., screenshots, email records).
- Submission:
- Submit product details via the Sansei Mall-provided Google Forms.
- Products will only be listed after approval.
2. Delivery Rules
- Physical Products: Deliver within 7 days of receiving buyer's details and provide a valid tracking number.
- Virtual Products: Deliver within 24 hours and provide proof of delivery (e.g., screenshots or email records).
3. Seller Responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy of product descriptions to avoid disputes.
- Bears full responsibility for legal or compliance issues related to the product.
- Complete delivery within the specified time to avoid penalties.
4. Profit Settlement
- Sansei Mall charges a 5% operational fee for each transaction.
- Funds are frozen until the buyer confirms receipt, after which they are released to the seller.
5. Prohibited Items
- Items that are illegal or against local regulations are strictly prohibited.
- Sellers submitting false or non-compliant information will be permanently banned from using the platform.
