1. About Sansei Mall

Sansei Mall is a neutral consignment trading platform that provides services for buyers to purchase physical and virtual products. All transactions are conducted using Sansei Token (SANSEI) as the currency.

2. Purchase Process

• Confirm Product Information: Carefully review the product images, descriptions, prices, and delivery range.
• Place an Order and Make Payment: Use SANSEI Token to pay for the product. The transaction amount will be temporarily frozen until the transaction is completed.
• Submit the Form: After placing the order, fill out the designated Google Forms with the following information:
  • Recipient Name
  • Delivery Address
  • Postal Code
  • Contact Information (Phone Number and Email)
  • Purchased Product Name and Order ID
  Ensure all form details are accurate. Buyers are responsible for errors in the form leading to loss or delay.
• Confirm Receipt:
  • For physical goods: Click "Confirm Receipt" within 7 days of receiving the item to complete the transaction.
  • For virtual goods: Click "Confirm Received" within 24 hours of receiving the item to complete the transaction.

3. Buyer Responsibilities

• Provide truthful and accurate personal information.
• Contact the seller directly for any questions or post-sale assistance.
• Abide by the platform's rules and engage in civil transactions.

4. Important Notes

• Sansei Mall does not participate in guaranteeing product quality or resolving disputes between buyers and sellers.
• Buyers must confirm the suitability of the product before purchase. All transactions are voluntary and irreversible.
